Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking may take 2–5 business days to activate after shipment. If your tracking hasn’t updated after this period, contact our support team and we’ll assist you immediately.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Customs fees depend on your country’s regulations. Any additional import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it immediately.
My watch arrived damaged.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace it free of charge.

Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches are splash-resistant (3ATM or 5ATM depending on the model). They are suitable for daily use but not for swimming or diving.
What movement do your watches use?
We use reliable Japanese quartz movements for precision and durability.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes. All watches include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
