Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number)

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
