Shipping and delivery policy

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the product purchased. We group destinations into the following shipping zones with average estimated delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 5 – 12 business days
  • Europe: 5 – 12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5 – 12 business days
  • Mexico, Central America & South America: 5 – 15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5 – 15 business days

These are average estimates based on past data. Your order may arrive sooner or take slightly longer depending on circumstances.

ORDERS PROCESSING

Once we receive your order, we’ll promptly send you a confirmation email with your order number, item details, and delivery address.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your unique tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

ORDERS CHANGES & CANCELATIONS

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled due to non-refundable payment processing fees and our automated fulfillment process.

However, we can update the delivery address within 6 hours of placing your order.

POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND & TAXES


In most cases, customs duties and taxes are not charged. However, if applicable, it is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local customs regulations, submit any required documents, and pay any duties or taxes.

If a package is returned or destroyed due to customs issues, we cannot provide refunds or replacements. Please ensure all customs requirements are met before ordering.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service.
